Can banks tell how many times an online bank account has been accessed and the times?

Someone has formed a username and password to watch bank transactions for a few years now, can the banks track each time the account has been entered? Want to build a case to nail this person bad!

  1. Yes, most banks does. They should have a logged record. Some banks like my bank log record can be accessed online. It'll tell you the Browser IP address, time and date of all login history. Good luck.

    Your account may display the last time you accessed.

    Bank America does.

  5. Yes, they can also tell which user account accessed it when.  So if your secretary has an account and you have an account it will know which one of you did.  However, they don't have to share that information with you....you may have to get a subpoena as this is bank proprietary information.
