Can basic h be used to eash clothes? How much should it be diluted?

I'm looking for safe detergents with wich to ash cloth diapers. It would be nice if they were also cheap.

I would not use bleach on baby clothes. There is a way to wash the diapers- add 2 tablespoons of peroxide to your washer or if hand washing to your water then add mild ivory soap wash and rinse twice.  Even if stains remain - there are clean and disinfected.
