  1. Most certainly, it cause you to run a little low on CSF and that causes your brain to more or less sit in your skull instead of float. Also your cells shrink a little causing further discomfort. it can also lead to nausea, vomiting , and your muscle cramping.

  2. Most definitely. I get that too. And then I realise that I haven't kept my fluids up. Just take a paracetamol when this happens and drink plenty of water. Good luck.  :)

  3. Yes, it causes the brain to shrink and it then withdraws, pulling against a membrane on the skull which causes pain. This is why alcohol, a big dehydrater, causes headaches during a hangover.

  5. YES!!!  The following are further signs and symptoms of dehydration:

dry mouth, the eyes stop making tears, sweating may stop, muscle cramps, nausea and vomiting, lightheadedness (especially when standing).

The body tries to maintain cardiac output (the amount of blood that is pumped by the heart to the body); and if the amount of fluid in the intravascular space is decreased, the body has to increase the heart rate, which causes blood vessels to constrict to maintain blood pressure. This coping mechanism begins to fail as the level of dehydration increases.

With severe dehydration, confusion and weakness will occur as the brain and other body organs receive less blood. Finally, coma and organ failure will occur if the dehydration remains untreated. With dehydration, the pulse rate may increase and the blood pressure may drop because the intravascular space is depleted of water.

Make sure if you are working out in the sun that you drink plenty of water and that you drink something that replenishes your electrolyte's like gatorade etc. Hope you stay well hydrated and feel better.

  6. yup!!! because when you are dehydrated, the water amount on our body and brain is not enough,so that they can not function well.just drink a lot of water to prevent dehydration.
