B/c my BP numbers flucuate about 20mmg per day

  1. Blood pressure readings can move throughout the day.

    Stress and nervousness can contribute to BP, but usually only effects the systolic (top).

    A normal BP is 120/80.  

    Some people have a really high adrenaline response to nervousness and it causes BP to skyrocket, while others have less of an effect.


  2. Being nervous or stress can affect both systolic and diastolic numbers, but mainly it affects the systolic(top one).

    Blood pressure is very dynamic, it will fluctuate throughout the day. Lowest readings in the a.m. and highest in the pm.
