Can being too careful cause more damage?

Question

Yesterday, I made an omelette with 4 eggs and every yolk remained intact in the bowl. I have just cracked 2 eggs into the frying pan and burst 1.

i hate it when that happens, i chuck it out , as i like my eggs runny, especially in an egg and bacon sarny mmmmmm yummy.

It's the luck of the draw.  When you don't want them to break they do, when you don't care, you couldn't blast them apart.  Been there.
