Can birds have Popsicles

i have a bird named charlie .he's a budgie.I was eating a popsicle and wondered can my bird have a l**k? i need some help

I suppose that it wouldn't hurt him.  I'd make sure that it's sugar free though.  Their diets usually don't include that much sugar.  Come to think of it, the preservatives might not be that good for him.
