I have only been on it for 2 months, last month my period started on the day of my last pill (just like it used to do when I was on it a year ago). I have not been perfect with taking it excactly on time i have been an hour off a few times this pack. My boyfriend came in me monday and i ended my pack on wednesday night, it is now friday morning and I have not started my period yet. Can it just take an extra day for your period to start sometimes or does it mean im pregnant? Im going to take a test tonight.

  1. Your period is supposed to start on one of your sugar pill days. It can be the first or the last, ot it might even be the first day of active pills. But it's supposed to start on one of the sugar pills.

  2. I"ve said this so many times that I must sound like a broken record.  Anytime you have unprotected s*x it can cause pregnancy.  Taking your pill at the same time everyday is crucial if you are trying to avoid pregnacy.  Not doing so opens up a can of worms.  Go to the doc and have a pregnancy test done.  GOod luck.

  3. You can still be late even taking the pill.

Or you could be pregnant as the only 100 per cent effective method is abstinence.

  4. Once I didn't get my period at all for a month and the doctor says sometimes that happens.  Hormones do crazy things sometimes.  Just take a test to be safe but you are mostly likely OK.

And always use condoms or backup- it's just safer for many reasons!
