  1. Wannaknow, you are incorrect.  Black swans and white swans are two different species, not breeds (breeds are different colorations and mutations within the same species), so they cannot mate, unless they are subspecies of each other (such as the prairie falcon and the peregrine falcon).

    No, they cannot mate, and they aren't even found in the same area of the world.  Australian Black swans are found in Australia, while Mute Swans (the most common white swan) are found in the Northern Hemisphere.


  2. Hmm... I do believe they can. They are both swans so the two of them mating just lead to another breed so yes, they should be able to. Good Luck. = )
