Can black men float as easily as white men?

Question

I heard before that black men can't float...then my husband tried in Hawaii last week and he couldn't!! (Yes, he's black). Is this really the case?

FYI he is a very strong swimmer, but just couldn't seem to float. I'm biracial (black and white) and I floated...not well, but I floated...maybe that was my white half floating?!

You got that wrong: white men can't jump. Yes, your husband can float. The secret to floating is laying back and relaxing. Don't try, just relax. I heard Obama's going there next week. I think he floats!

I can't believe you just asked that! Are you being serious? If your husband can't float its not because of his skin colour. Your skin colour is irrelevant to swimming, floating, etc.

LOL i can't belive you asked that question :D the only reason a person couldn't float is if they don't think they can, it's purely psycological!!!! the human body is less dense than water which means than it is naturally bouyant and WILL float!!!!! you have to be able to relax
