Can black people have freckles?

My skin tone is coaco but i have a flaking of yellows spots that look that freckles on my skin is that even possible

<p>My friend Trina, is brown skinned african american with freckles all over her face and her daughter who is light skinned has freckles from head to toe. I Think this come from the mixing of different races, african slaves and irish slaves, on the carribean island, around the 16th centry.</p>

i have freckles and i am african american my skin is light but more of a red over tone.i have three boys and two have freckles and my oldest have blond hair and hazel eyes,and their father has light skin also.but doesnt mean anything blacks come in many shades and that is the pure joy of being african american
