Can blind people see dreams? imagine things?

The blind can dream and usually very well. People blind at birth do not see textures or shapes , but feel and hear it more. People who are born with sight and lose it later can see in a dream, but the longer they remain blind the ability to see fades.

Of course they can.  If they have always been blind, I imagine that they simply lack the physical symbols that we daily see that carry a common meaning in dream meaning.  Try to ask a blind person.

I take it you haven't yet known a blind person. People ask this sort of thing all the time. Most of them are cool about answering if you ask respectfully when they're not busy.

If they've been blind since birth, they do not dream in images as we known them. If they lost sight in infancy, they may dream of tactile objects having colors--young brains pick up on more than we realize. Those who lost their sight much later dream in images.

i supose they can if they've only been blind for part of thier life otherwise I don't know.. It's a shame they don't make brail pc screens so you could ask a blind person,

yes blind people do see dreams.because their inner eyes are better then ours.so many blinds have done many rare things in life.it is the will power that works.

I love it when people ask me this questions.  I have been blind since birth and dream.  My dreams have the people I know in them.  The feel of their face and sound of their voice is all the same in my head as it is in reality.  The only thing I wonder is, is blue in my head the same as blue in everyone else's eyes?
