you can't get herpes from blood its only through skin to skin contact so don't worry

From the Red Cross:

People wtih chlamydia, HPV (genital warts), and/or genital or oral herpes may donate as long as they are feeling healthy and meet the other eligibility requirements.  

So apparently the answer is yes, they can have it, and no, you won't get it.

Highly unlikely because the blood is monitored and checked for this kinda stuff. I wouldn't say its impossible but it can happen

no.  Herpes will not be spread...  If you have hepatitis.. it will be spread.
