Can blow up (air) beds have bed bugs?

Yes, as they will live in the sheets that are on the beds and many of the blow up beds have a cloth like topping on them as well.  Bedbugs also live in the head board and baseboard and end tables etc.

If you go the bed second hand or are worried abou t*t, then maybe get some type of a spray to use on it and the surrounding area that is safe for you to apply.  DO NOT apply chemicals on yrou own as they shoudl only be handled by a pro.  Stick to the non-chemical stuff like Kleen-Free etc and use it liberally everywhere that the bugs might be hiding as it will work on themon contact.
