  1. HD-DVD and Blu ray burners will write dual layer discs. Always check the product information.

    The LG Electronics GGW-H20L Black Dual Layer BD-RE Writer/HD DVD-ROM Will burn dual layer DVDs, wont burn HD DVD but will play them. So you will be able to enjoy both formats on on drive.
