Can both angiosperms and gymnosperms be wind pollinated and animal pollinated?

Yes.  Both groups contain insect and wind pollinated species.

(and to the folks who don't think gymnosperms can be insect pollinated -- cycads proveably are, and there may have been insect pollination back in the Jurassic)
