Can brow bone highlighter be worn without eyeshadow?

Question

If I just had concealer on my lids could i wear a white brow higlighter to give me a glow or do i need to be wearing eye shadow?

Also, does white/silver brow bone highlighter blend with any color, eg can it be worn with bronze or brown shadows?

Providing you blend it in well so you haven't got an obvious crease line,It will look fine.

Try experimenting with your colours,mix and match, or mix colours together, you may find you create a colour that you really like.
