Can bruce just commentate instead of statentate?

it is seriously s##thouse watching channel 7 football. ive just moved to quennsland and see a lot of league up here and the tv commentary is brilliant, they actually commentate the game and not dribble on about stats and how wonderfully special the individual or game is they say it how they see it. Maybe bruce and co should tune into it or even listen to the radio sometime.

try foxtel 5 games a week live and the commentary is excellent

That was I dreaded the most when 7 got the footy back having to listen to Bruce again.

All I can say is thank God for Dennis Commetti I have been listening to him since he started out on the ABC radio and there is no-one that even comes close to him.

He is a bit of a pain to listen with all his stats  and knowledge of football but thats  Bruce

the majority of commentators on both ten and 7 need a shake up. theres too many hasbeens behind the mic. just because you once played the game 20 years ago doesnt mean u should automaticly qualify for a job on tv.

I just can't believe how pathetic and shody the Channel 7 football coverage really is . Bruise "has been" five years out of the game,and his style,.. is more than rusty.. its a thing of the past.!!!   It also appears  the boundary rider 'Rick", has undergone a personality and charisma by pass.    Dennis Cometti, is  like the star player in a losing team, he keeps driving them into attack,and his teammates keep "dropping the Ball", its embarrassing.
