budiges can get very sick off alot of stuff u can find around the house,  check out http://parrotcentral.net/list_of_toxins_... for a bid list of stuff that can make them sick   goodluck i hope he is alright

Yes, they can get cancer...you should bring him to a vet if he is still acting weird in a couple of days. Good Luck!

Anything with cells can have cancer; therefore yes. Cancer is a mutation within a cell. So you can get cancer in ANY part of your body! Toe, Leg, Heart, Brain, anywhere!

If he hate some of a cigarette I would take him to the Vet immediaetly!!! If you can't look it up online, he may just need to get alot of water in him to wash it out of his system. It would depend on how much he ate. Just a bit, then I wouldn't worry, but if you can, get him into a vet as soon as possible!
