Can bungie or xbox live ban your account for using a rapid fire controller?

NO you can NOT ban you.  You didnt break the conduct agreement(s)  therefore you can NOT get banned.  I use one all the time on FPS and i am on live every night.  I made the controller myself with the rapid fire mod and been using it for 2 and a half years on xbox live

No I don't think so?? How would they detect that your using the controller?

I dont believe they could. Like someone already said, how could they detect you were using it? I know that it is frowned upon in major pc game online tournaments, where gamers modify the settings to make the mouse wheel the shooting button.
