Yes it can.  Also, spending time with someone who has limited frontal lobe function can cause frontal lobe damage.  Hopefully it's not permanent.

There is absolutely NO medical or scientific proof of any 'brain' damage associated with cannabis use.  Its called propaganda....

Yes, it can and it causes you to have memory problems too.

It can impair some functionings during use (very much like alcohol). Long term effects may exist, but not to a great extent. Mostly linked to an overall decrease in short term memory performance - but subject to a lot of variation and it is not a large effect.

There is no evidence of any physical affect of smoking cannabis on the frontal lobes.
