Can canned pears spoil?

i was wondering can they spoil because i was thinking about eating some but idk how long they were in the pantry

canned anything can spoil, Honey is the only food that doesnt.

No; that's the reason they're canned - to preserve them.  Unless the can is somehow damaged, the contents will be fine.
