  4. That depends on how far back you cut them.

    If you left some plant, they will come back.

    Catnip is a mint. Mints are really, really hard to get rid of once they get a good start in your garden.

  5. i cut mine back and hung the cuttings to dry.... and already, a couple weeks later, the plants are blooming again!!....

  6. Oh, yeah,   if concerned, just add a little manure tea and stand back.  On difficulty is when you cut it, it will send out it's fragrance, attracting cats to eat and roll.   Another reason for manure tea.   It will mask it for a while until washed off by rain, or outgrown.
