not sure about this one, but they do have anal glands just as a dog does, it may be that your kitty needs to have them expressed, and your vet can do this,

But if you cat is having trouble going to the bathroom and is constipated, you need to give her some canned food to get things moving

Good question. Call a vet because even if they can have hemorrhoids, maybe yours does not. Tell them the symptoms that have you concerned.
