Can cats have whitehead pimples on their bellies? if so why does this happen?

I saw that my cat had a scar on her belly, i touched and it fell off, then i looked at it closer and it looked like a hard puss ball came out. i squeezed it and more came out . it is all out and doesn't look like alil hole anymore. i put a lil neosporin on it. is that ok? is this a pimple of something more serious?

Cats can get feline acne-though I'd call your vet just to be safe.

I don't know that the Neosporin is a good idea; she could l**k it off and get sick.  A call to the vet would be in order just to be sure.
