Can cd r all purpose be used again and again?

i wanted to know whether cd r all purpose can be used after 1 time because i have small amount of photos right now.

Whatever you have burned onto a cd -r or +r is burned permanently and can't be overwritten.

However, if you wrote to the cd in open session mode, more sessions can be added and more data can be added for as much room that is left.

If you finalized the cd, you can't add any more to it.

Nope, a CD+R or CD-R is only writable. A CD+RW or CD-RW is rewritable and can be used over and over again.

CD-R stands for compact disc readable so it's NOT reusable. If you want to reuse it, you need CD-RW or CD+RW which stands for compact disc readable and writable. If you have small amount of photos, save it on your computer or an USB flash drive.
