Can certain numbers act as visions to predetermined events like the number 13 i don't think its a bad luck #

a little over 2 years ago i kept seeing the number 13 everywhere i would get .13cents back $13.13change back certain numbers would calculate to the number and I'm not talking just here and there either I'm talking at least five or six times per day i would spend a lot of time with my best friend and his family and i told him about what was happening he and his wife told me that i just have the number in my head and now i look for it that was their explanation along with everyone else I've told even my co workers they all thought i was going nuts then one day i had a13 overload i was seeing that number everywhere and i got really sick at work and my head was pounding really bad and i went home from work early and i never go home early two hours later i got the news my best friend was shot and his baby was killed in a attempted robbery and later on,on channel 13 we found out it was done by M.S. 13 gang members his son died on the 13th of April 2005

oh my im so sorry your kinda like me i keep seeing 617 and every time i see it somethin bad happens i would stay away from number 13 if i were you im a lil confuesed bout numbers and bad things to no matter how much i look up numbers and stuff nothing helps so now all i do is say i cant just google up this number and find out wats gonna happen cuz only i know i think that god is trying to tell me something so i can stop it and he could be trying to tell you something to i hope i helped
