Can certain types of underwears make your sac itch?

One of my roomates is from Italy and he wears these little bikini deals. He constantly itches his balls too ( nasty) I always wear cotton boxers myself,

yes, if there made of wool polyester ect. or if he doesn't wash them... also if he uses a soap he doesn't use normaly to wash his underwears.

I recommend NOT wearing underwear that is not close to your body. Friction causes problems....I say wear underwear with reasonable space for you to move but not TOO far down...

It's probably due to the fact that his testicles don't have room to breath, thus making his genitals sweat more and the salt from the sweat causing him to itch. If his body's allergic to the material in the bikini, he would also itch, but he'd have a rash. Hope this helps.

Yeah. Although I wouldn't try steal wool, but some fabrics are rougher than others. Cheep ones will be worse. You get what you pay for.

Some poly blend that are tight can itch. Cotton never itches and I've worn them for decades.

I haven't felt the difference and I have worn cotton, silk, and polyester

Of course...anything that is not cotton doesn't allow air to flow freely, causing sweating and bacterial growth which can lead to itching.  Eww...LOL

yes especially rougher kinds like rubbery types or elastic the softer the better
