Can chatot learn an actualy learn a real word on pokemon dnp?

yes it can, if it knows the move chatter. Just go into the pokmeon menu click on chatot and then select chatter and itll tell you to say somehting. ANd in battle if you use the move chatter it will say whatver you said.

I got a chatot relativley early in the game all i had to do was trade with one of the people the programmers put into the game. It was a little boy in a building. THe chatot already know the move chatter to. sweet.

It needs to learn the move Chatter. Then you can say something which it will the repeat whenever it uses that move, however my game it sounds a bit rubbish, so it might on yours too. I think you have to use Chatter like an HM to teach it a word. Also, I read that different noises might make the move better or worse.
