  2. Yes, i'm 15 and i drive all of the time legally. At least in the U.S. with my parents its legal, and when i turn 16 this month i can alone. where do you come from?!

  3. Depends upon where you live, but as long as they have a legal driving licence for that country/region, they will be ok and legal.

  4. You have to be 16 in FL to drive legally.  I wish it were 18 though.

  5. um.... YES.

    I'm 17 and I drive ----- with a LEARNER'S PERMIT.

Here in VA, the earliest time you can get your License is 16 yrs and 3 months (9 months after you get your permit at 15.5yrs old.)

  6. Of course. Most states are 16. They have to get a temporary permit and then take the test for their license.

Edit-i have no clue whats up with these people saying that you cant drive under 18. I got my license at 17(many years ago!) Ive known many people who have gotten their license at 16.

  7. In Malaysia, yes, but with a compulsory "Probation" Licence.

(Minimal age of driving is 17, motorcycle riding is 16).
