  1. I believe as long as the parents have valid id's and the children's birth certificates then you are fine.  I would call a travel agent up and double check.  I am one but do not know specifics about that exact flight.

    i know by Ryan air they cant but if you get them passport photo`s stamped at your local police station this would be classed as an id for them to fly

Most airlines (even Ryanair!) allow accompanied children under 16 years of age to travel without ID provided their parent/guardian has the correct Photo-ID for travel.  If they're travelling unaccompanied then you will need to check what the airlines policy is and it usually depends on the age of the children - hope this helps!

  4. no - you need photo id to travel within Ireland - you should ring the airline

  5. you need a passport to fly in and out of Ireland, some air lines will not permit children to travell with out a guardian
