  1. Your question begs another question:  Is it a registered business?  I know of several kids teens or younger who do odd businesses during their summer breaks.  Lemonade stand, newspaper delivery and lawn mowing services, if only to while the time away or to earn more pocket money.

However, if it is or will be a registered business, one has to be of legal age (depending on your country's laws) in order to be able to register your business, open a bank account, register with the Revenue Service and other governmental agencies, etc.

  2. i'm already a business man and still a kid but catually above 18,i'm 19 but i wasn't asked for my age when i started.it's and online business, casino affiliate.there is so much cash in it for doing nothing but convibcing people to play in the casino you are affiliated with, you get a commission of what that player wagers for life. http://kacno.livejournal.com for more details

  3. Under the age of 18? No. Because your signature means nothing, you're underage you can't own anything that wasn't left to you.

  4. Under a parent's name, a child can RUN a business of his or her own but the legality of getting tax ids, permits, licenses, bank accounts, etc. require the signature of an adult. Did you know there is an organization that helps minors with business networking and startup??? Check them out:

  5. you can have a bank account with some banks at any age as long as there is a parent signature, paypal is any age, and a website domain is any age also (godaddy.com) so yes you can set up a website as a business and have a paypal account that links to your bank account or just have a paypal account and then get money off of ads i.e. google adsense on your website

  6. Children can own their business definitely but their leagal representative have to bear if liablities occured by them through business, though they are minor but asper companies and parnership Act. hve the rights.
