Can chlorine jets get you pregnet?

i was just thinking about this. say if a female is in a hottub (naked) and she puts her v****a over a jet, and keeps it there for like 5 minutes can she get pregnet? and im not talking about like a adult. like a little girl. like 10 or 11 and they dont have their period yet. i know u have to have ur period and sperm but i was wondering if the chemicals in the chlorine could do somthing!

YES, of course...you can get that sperm infused chlorine these days.  I have heard about it in the trying to conceive section...works wonders!!!!
