Can clomid cause a false negative on a home pregnancy test?

  1. i dont think clomid affect  the test at all


  2. No, but testing too early could cause a false negative as your body has not had the chance to build up enough HCG to be measured on the test.

    If you are getting negative results, but do not have your period, I would wait a few days and test again . . . if still no positive result and still no period, consult your doctor for a blood test.

  3. No, it won't. It says on the instructions of pregnancy tests that it doesn't matter if you are taking hormones such a Clomid and etc. It will not effect the test results. Make sure that you are late for your period and then test again. Best of luck:)
