I am about to close all of my chase accounts because their overdraft and fees and little fees here and there are breaking me. I am looking to open up an account with bank of america, but was wondering if this is a good choice to make concerning credit and just overall quality with Bank of america

  1. the over draft fees aren't the bank's fault. You're going to have them wherever you go if you over draw. Closing accounts doesn't hurt your credit score. What if it really was the bank's fault? Sounds like you need some credit counseling.

  2. No. just have another one that proves you have income
