Can comcast phone service receive collect from calls jail, pay phone ect.?

Yes, the digital voice box is just like any other phone, except for the fact that it is connected to your modem....so you may have to reset it in case of power outage, etc. But, if you were to get a collect call, you would have to accept it or deny it first. Or, call and ask to have a block put on your phone.
