Can confidence help me?

I have this little problem, and to make a long story short, I throw up unexpectedly, have the feeling tat I'm going to throw up, or I dry heave a lot.

I almost always have the feeling that I'm going to throw up, but unless I'm full, or eating, I don't. Sometimes I've finished eating, but there's still food around me, so I get sick. This is a HUGE problem, because it happens at school and is not fun. I'm always uneasy, and it's super uncomfortable. Sometime last month, I found out that I lost 20 pounds in less than a month, and I'm pretty sure that I lost more, because people are telling me that I look different, like i lost a lot of weight. I think I might have lost 35+ lbs. in less than 2 months. it might be more, maybe less.

Before that i wasn't throwing up at all, but I was barely eating anything each day, that explains the weight loss. I wasn't hungry, until like dinner time which here is around like 8 or 9, so I wouldn't eat all day until then, and even then I couldn't finish eating it.

I guess this turned out to be long after all...

The point is, I felt like I was going to be sick, like always, when I was reading this thing, online. It was kind of building my confidence level, and I could tell the queasiness was slightly less noticeable.

Do you think that if I became really and truly confident, that i would stop getting sick so much?

Has anyone ever tested this, and do you know any confidence building articles or anything that i could find online for free so that I could test it out?

If not, do you know how I can cure myself, I don't think that I'll be able to go to the doctor for another few months, or even next year.

The doctor wouldn't be able to do anything either, I had this problem when I was little, except it was more intense. I was super skinny, then I gained some weight and the problem went away, now I lost some, but I'm still not skinny like I was then. I'm average size now.
