Can cooked opakapaka (Hawaiian snapper) be frozen?

I have a large piece of opakapaka that I grilled -put olive oil, garlic salt, season salt. Delicious but I don't know what to do with it as a lefover. Can I freeze it?

Yes, you can freeze it. Ensure it is tightly covered with plastic wrap and then foil wrap.  Reheat from frozen 20 - 25 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Remember to remove both wrappings prior to reheating.  It's a really delicious snapper.
