No is doesn't.

( also don't try nutmeg ,it's highly toxic in large amounts and will make you very sick before it makes you high). It can also make you very dead.

I have heard that and also take banana peels and dry them out and smoke them i heard they will to. I also heard take a regular Cigarette and put a thin coat of toothpaste on it let it dry and smoke it. You can also thake reddi whip spray topping and turn can up right and inhale the propellent, it will get you high too.
