  3. No, it has no bearings on how good of a father he is. You have to prove the father to be unfit (abusive, drug addict, girls coming in and out of the home at all hours, etc) for the custody to be changed.

  5. yes, unless the father is abusing his kids, not paying maintenance ect then the court may vote in your favour - herpies just wont cut it! Sorry

  7. Seriously?  You need to check your bitterness ~ no court would see that as unfit and be careful you may have something that you don't know about which could be worse than herpes


  8. Ever had a cold sore? Guess what that too is a form of herpes! And if every parent had lost their child because of that, there's be one h**l of a lot of orphans out there.

    No, his having Herpes does not make him a bad person, or a bad father. It is only contagious by direct contact with the sores (when present), so simple hygiene is all that is needed to prevent exposure.
