Can cps take my baby off my breast out of the hospital i heard they can't denye me cosdy i pray ?

CPS can keep the baby away from you if they feel you are a danger to the child. That includes denying breast feeding. If they feel that by breast feeding, you are placing the child is in danger, then, yes, they will do that. However, most will not do it unless there is no other way to ensure the safety of the child. Child Protective Services can assume custody of the child until they feel that the baby is safe to be put into your care again. They're not doing to be mean. It depends on why they were called. If it was because of a positive drug test they can take the baby. But usually they will open a case on u for a minimum of 30 days they will visit ur house to see if its safe and talk to friends n relatives. Again if its drugs u may also have to take a drug test. But in most cases they would rather leave the baby with u. But u definately need a lawyer who can advise u of ur rights in ur state. Good luck n congrats on the baby

CPS can remove a baby if they feel they are in danger.  If it is in the hospital I am assuming you mean taking the baby at birth which only really happens if you are admitted with drugs in your system or if the baby is born addicted to drugs then they can usually move very quickly for a court order of protection.  But if you didn't do anything wrong then there would be no reason for CPS to step in and remove the baby.

do you mean you were breast feeding and cps came in and grabbed your baby off your breast. I guess if they have reason enough they can. why do you think because you breastfeed that your baby wont be taken away? did they take your baby away and why?

Okay are you asking if they can take your baby from you if you breast feed? No they cannot do that, it is your right to breast feed your baby and they will not take your baby from you. Breastfeeding for however long the child and mother is comfertable is best. It offers a lot to the baby and they will not take away your child for that.
