The IPL is all set to scrap present salary cap from next year and Lalit Modi said if the salary cap was not there our players would already be the highest-paid across any sport in the world.

I heard Lalit Modi say that on TV.

Wish them best. It is a short career after all. and if they do not perform, they will be removed as well.

Note : Charu Sharma and Venkatesh has been removed by Vijay Mallya. IPL is all about business, not Sport.
