Can deep cleaning carpet cleaners be used on berber carpetting?

Not the commercial ones you can rent, but rather a Bissell type cleaner...

Yes you can. You may have to move the steamer a little slower on the suction movement ( pulling back) since the loops are shorter and you want to remove as much water as possible.

YES, just be sure to run a fan or two to dry the floors faster.. Since berber is more absorbent than regular carpet.. It will trap water and dry slower!
