Yes it can!! When you get really dehydrated, the fluid around your brain is diminished, and your head hurts. The best solution is to drink a lot of Gatorade, because it is absorbed quickly and it contains electrolytes.

Yes, I get dehydrated and get headaches all the time. This is very common especially in hot places. Also, high altitude can cause headaches; this happens to me a lot, too.
