    System32 folder is the kernel of Windows !

  3. Why for what reason you are deleting system32 ?

    Anyway you can't delete the system32 folder as it is an important system folder. You will probably get "Access Denied" message when you try to delete the folder.

    If you need to remove windows O/S then Format your hard disk.
