yes, dogs can be allergic to cats, and vise verse. All mammals have dander which can irritate animals. There have been confirmed cases of dogs being allergic to... dogs. As well as more common things such as pollen, grass, bees, etc. Basically, if a human can be allergic, so can any other animal.
