Yeah but they'll probably come out whole in his poo! In nature, dogs get their vegetables from eating whole prey animals that have eaten plants. So you'll need to puree veggies in a blender to make them digestible.

Yes, they can and will, though onions and grapes are a definite no-no.  Carrots and apples are good, and good for them.  Grains are also good, like oats, for instance.  Or you could just get them a really good dog food like Purina One or Beneful, which includes healthful veggies and grains, and is very pleasing to them in its taste.

I think all of them can be eaten by them but I never heard of dogs eating vegetables... but my dogs like to eat fruit he usually eats papaya and banana

No grapes or raisins, but try raw carrots - the baby ones in the bags, or peel the big ones if you have a big dog - my Gracie absolutely LOVES them!  Raw apples are great too, but she won't eat them unless they've been peeled.  Not that she's spoiled or anything...Also, the raw carrots are great for cleaning their teeth!  Offer your dog different veggies and see what it likes - if you try celery, remember to peel the strings off the back.
