Can dogs get head gear?

My little doggy has a really bad under bite. Can you get dogs head gear?

no, i doubt a vet would even do it if they could unless it was putting the dog's health at risk, otherwise it's just for the look of the dog, it's okay if your dog has an overbite, it just makes him special, my mom's yorkie has an underbite and it makes him stick his little tongue out the front all the time
