Can double end bag cable be adjusted?

Certainly........... the bag is secure at the top to a ceiling bracket, I'm sure, while the bottom loop of the bag is connected to a floor anchor, right ? The two ends have either bungee cord or rubber cables, right ? The trick is to run the cord through the bag loop, to the right and desirable height and then use lots of tape to tape the end to the remaining cable. This will raise the bag to your desired height.
