Can dreams predict a natural disaster [read] like today?

Well today I was having a dream it was pretty scary where someone was trying to kill me and I was defending myself from this guy but so I had killed him with a sledge hammer and hit him on the head and then everything slowed went backwards before I had killed him down like slow motion then the 5.8 earthquake in LA happened and i woke up with the feeling I knew it was going to happen

This is all has to do in what you believe in. I do believe that dreams can tell our future, or warn us about our future. But, if you ask an psycologist or read anything scientific about dreams, they'll tell you that your brain is trying to explain situations and decisions to you. It's all personal belief.

yes, sometimes they can but, it can also be a coincidence too.

They can absolutely predict things, we are psychically linked to everyone and everything including the future, although it is quite unusual to remember that sort of dream.  Obviously too there are times when it could just be co-incidence, but I am not a great believer in co-incidence. Maybe you are becoming aware of your psychic abilities. Try using your intuition a bit in waking time to develop it and see what happens.
