I don't eat much. It's so hard to find time. I wake up around 1pm in the afternoon and find myself eating 2-3 times a day and occasional snacks. Could this be bad for the baby? :(

I am 22 weeks.

I also take Elevit prenatal vitamins.

  1. No its just fine.  You have eating habits just like i do, throughout your pregnancy your appetite may change up a little.  But i have been very healthy and so has baby so far with similar eating habits that you have, just make sure that you take your prenatal pills and dont worry :-)

  3. i dont think so... thats good eating habits... your body will tell you when you need food or not...

  4. I don't understand why do would think this would be  a problem?

Providing you're not eating any of the 'forbidden' foods and you are getting a balance of carbs, proteins, fats and vitamins you will be absolutely fine.  I imagine most people don't manage to have 2-3 regular meals a day plus snacks.

  5. why would you think this is a problem? everyone eats loads when they're pregnant, your baby is taking nutrients from your body so you need more to feed you both.

  6. We're all different!

I couldn't stop eating up until about week 12/13! Since then my appetite seems to have shrunk.

    This is not a problem!

  7. Nah I think you will be ok

Some women vomit everything up their entire pregnancy and their babies are usually A-OK

  8. Well as long as they aren't tiny little meals then I would say you're fine. How much do you expect to eat anyways? Two meals is good and three is even better.
